Inspire offers the ability to concentrate on extending research areas such as physics, chemistry, biology, space science, Earth science, mathematics, computer science, neurology, medicine, among others. Although we do not currently have members in every field, we have expertise in several areas including physics and mathematics and are branching to include include other areas
Theory
Inspire experienced researchers can help with providing guidance where we have expertise:
- Providing topic areas and problems that we believe are fertile ground for publication and where more work is needed
- Collaboration with senior scientists when mutually agreeable
- Providing mentoring to students where we have expertise
An area that Inspire would be of particular use is to a student or recent graduate that has all the facilities available for research but doesn’t know where to start an investigation
We might be able to help by suggesting an area or problem that appears promising.
Or perhaps you are more advanced and have an idea and would like to develop it further. Inspire is an ideal place to further develop your ideas!
Experiment
Although Inspire currently has limited experimental facilities, we have members who are specialists in experimental physics and we are looking to expand and provide support in terms of experimental research.
